1. Adopts a new tooth rack, double-size rotary hook and shuttle, Taiwan-produced helical gears, shuttle bed seat inset with copper sleeve, and standard horn dividing accessories.
2. A cylinder-type thick material flat sewing machine designed specifically for filter bag manufacturing, with a solid structure and a novel appearance.
3. Uses a sliding rod for thread picking, forming a double-thread lockstitch with synchronous cam-driven belt transmission for the upper and lower shafts.
4. Foot pressure, fabric feeding teeth, and needle synchronous feeding, with a lever-type stitch length adjustment mechanism.
5. High foot stroke, high foot lift clearance, and a large stitch length, coupled with a cylindrical sewing table.
